Klariti and Bepoz: a proposed integration

Klariti is applying to become a Bepoz integration partner. A direct Bepoz connection is not available yet. This page explains what the integration is for, what it would read and how a venue would set it up. It will be updated once the integration is agreed with Bepoz.

What the integration is for

Klariti puts a venue’s numbers in one view: supplier invoices, POS sales, stocktakes, the accounting ledger and budgets. Bepoz holds the sales side: what sold, in which size and product group, and for how much.

Read alongside purchases, recipes and stocktakes, those sales show what the stock sold should have cost, how menu items are performing as supplier prices change, and how trading compares with budget and across a group’s venues.

What Klariti would read

• Daily sales by product: the product, its size and product group, the quantity sold, sales ex GST, GST and cost of sales.
• The venue and trading day each figure belongs to.

Access would be read-only. Klariti would not change transactions, prices, products or any setting in Bepoz.

How setup would work

1. Talk to us. Tell us your venue, how your Bepoz system is set up and what you’d like a clearer picture of.
2. Authorise access. The venue authorises Klariti to read its sales data. Access is given venue by venue and can be withdrawn.
3. Check the first days. We compare Klariti’s daily totals with your own Bepoz reports before the figures are used.
4. Sort your product groups. Each Bepoz product group is marked once as food, beverage or neither. A new group is flagged for a decision rather than counted silently.

The exact steps depend on what is agreed through Bepoz’s partner process. They will be confirmed here before any venue is connected.
