Klariti
Integrations: the systems Klariti reads
Klariti reads from the systems a venue already runs: the accounting ledger, the POS, timesheets, stocktakes and supplier invoices. Nothing is keyed in twice, and every figure keeps the name of the system it came from.
Each connection below shows where it stands today:
- Live: venues’ figures come through it now.
- Ready to connect: built and tested, waiting for its first venue.
- In build: being built with a venue that uses it.
- Partner application: we are applying to the provider for direct access.
- Planned: next in line. Tell us if your venue needs it sooner.
Accounting
| System | What Klariti reads or does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Xero | Each venue’s profit and loss by month, mapped to one group chart of accounts and set beside budgets and a Group P&L. | Live |
| Xero: sending bills | Supplier invoices checked in Klariti go to Xero as bills, one bill per invoice. The venue turns this on. | Ready to connect |
POS and sales
| System | What Klariti reads or does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) | Daily sales by hour and by product, and payments by type. | Live |
| Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series, formerly Kounta) | Daily sales by product. | Live |
| Bossi | Daily sales by product, from Bossi’s scheduled report email. | Live |
| Maitre’D | Item sales by division, from the venue’s weekly report. | Live |
| Square | The venue connects its Square account to Klariti in a few clicks. Daily sales by item come next. | In build |
| Bepoz | Daily sales by product. See Klariti and Bepoz. | Partner application |
Lightspeed figures come from each venue’s own Lightspeed reports today. Klariti has applied to Lightspeed for a direct connection.

AI assistants
| System | What Klariti reads or does | Status |

How a connection works
- The venue gives access. For Xero, Square and Deputy, the venue signs in to that system and approves Klariti there. Report connections read the reports the venue’s own system produces.
- Read-only unless it says otherwise. Klariti does not change sales, timesheets or the ledger. Sending bills to Xero is the one connection that writes, and only once the venue turns it on.
- The first days are checked. Before a new connection’s figures are used, Klariti’s daily totals are compared with the system’s own reports for the same days.
- A day that doesn’t add up is held, never half-stored. If a day’s figures don’t add up to the system’s own totals, Klariti holds that day and flags it. Small rounding differences are stored and shown, not hidden.
- Access can be withdrawn. A venue can disconnect at any time.
Don’t see your system?
Tell us what your venue uses. If it can email or export a sales-by-product report, Klariti can usually read it once the report’s layout has been set up and checked against the venue’s own totals.
Xero, Lightspeed, Square, Bossi, Maitre’D, Bepoz, Deputy, Tanda and Claude are trademarks of their owners. A system listed here does not mean its owner endorses Klariti.
