This notice covers these public service pages and your initial enquiry. It does not describe the data handling of the signed-in Klariti application or replace the terms agreed for a client service.

Contacting us

These pages let you contact Brad and Helen by phone, SMS or email. They do not include a web submission form. The email button opens a draft in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, venue and enquiry. We use it to respond, understand your needs and discuss the service. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Keep your first message simple

Your venue, suburb and a short description of what you need are enough to start. Please do not send staff information, supplier credentials, invoices or sensitive financial records in an initial enquiry. We can agree an appropriate way to share necessary records if work proceeds.

Website technology

The public pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and do not store enquiry details in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page and request time to serve and secure the website. Existing customer login operates separately.

Choosing an email, SMS, phone or social link opens another service, which handles information under its own terms and privacy settings.
